Job description Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Autism Location: Snettisham PE31 7RA Employer: Swan staff Ltd Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Bank Salary: £12.20 – £13.00 per hour Swan staff Ltd Swan staff Ltd are currently seeking support workers to join our client based in Snettisham they are a charity dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and autism. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to live as independently as possible and to achieve their aspirations. The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to join our team to support three gentlemen living in their own home. Each individual has unique personalities, interests, and support needs. Your role will be to encourage independence, promote choice, and ensure they are able to live the life they choose. Key Responsibilities: * Support with daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, and managing personal care needs. * Promote social inclusion by supporting them in attending activities, hobbies, and community events. * Build positive relationships with the gentlemen. * Support with emotional well-being and provide consistent, respectful, and empowering care.
