Location: Peterborough Job Type: Agency Night shifts Pay Rate: £20.00 - £23.00 per hour (Paid every Friday weekly pay!) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered general Nurse to join our agency team, working at one of our 50 Bed Care Home based in Peterborough You will deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities * Administering medication and treatments in line with NMC standards. * Developing and updating care plans to meet residents’ needs. * Monitoring and assessing residents’ health and wellbeing. * Working closely with care assistants and other healthcare professionals. * Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and home policies. * Ulcer pressure care * Mental capacity * Diet and nutrition. Requirements * Valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse qualification – RGN * Previous nursing experience in a care home or similar setting. * Up-to-date mandatory training and DBS (or willing to obtain). * Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. * A caring, patient, and respectful approach to residents and colleagues. * Must have own limited company.
